| General information and terms and conditions 50% of the total accommodation costs must be paid 10 days prior to your arrival to confirm your booking and the outstanding cost paid within 5 days of commencement of stay. If booking is made within 5 days of commencement of stay, the entire accommodation cost must be paid. A R150 refundable deposit is required for the use of keys and electronic gate remote. This will be refunded on the return of the full set of keys and electronic gate remote. No pets allowed Credit/Debit card facility will be available at a later stage. No cheques will be accepted. All buildings are smoke free zones. Please check-in between 12 and 4pm, and have your room vacated by 10am on day of departure. Please note this is a residential area; please keep noise levels to a minimal after 10pm. Cancellation clause The deposit will be forfeited unless the booking is cancelled in writing 5 days prior to arrival. |
